RATED R CLOSET — GIVEAWAY, WEBSITE & PRIVACY TERMS

Effective Date: August 22, 2026

These Giveaway, Website & Privacy Terms (“Terms”) govern the Rated R Closet $1,000 + Mystery Box Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), use of RatedRCloset.com (the “Website”), and the collection and use of information by Rated R Closet LLC (“Rated R Closet,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Website or entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms.

PART I — OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Rated R Closet LLC.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 22, 2026 and ends on September 11, 2026.

Entries must be received before the Giveaway closes to be eligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to specify or announce the exact closing time on September 11, 2026.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, representatives, owners, and agents of Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate households, may be excluded from participation at Sponsor's discretion.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting RatedRCloset.com and completing the free promotional slot-machine spin designated for the Giveaway.

No purchase or payment is required to spin or enter.

Each eligible individual is limited to one (1) Giveaway entry during the entire Giveaway Period.

Creating or using multiple accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, identities, devices, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods to obtain additional entries is prohibited.

Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's reasonable discretion.

A purchase from Rated R Closet does not provide an additional entry and does not increase the odds of winning.

6. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive:

  • $1,000 USD cash; and

  • One (1) Rated R Closet Mystery Box containing a random assortment of Rated R Closet merchandise selected by Sponsor.

The specific merchandise, styles, designs, sizes, quantities, and assortment contained in the Mystery Box will be determined by Sponsor and may vary based on availability.

Mystery Box merchandise has no guaranteed resale value and may not be exchanged for cash.

The prize may not be transferred or assigned to another person without Sponsor's written approval.

7. Winner Selection

On or about September 11, 2026, Sponsor's team will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Sponsor may use any random selection procedure that Sponsor reasonably determines to be fair and appropriate.

The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If a selected potential winner does not satisfy the notification, eligibility, or verification requirements contained in these Terms, Sponsor may randomly select another potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor's reasonable decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway and selection of potential winners are final, subject to applicable law.

8. Winner Must Answer Phone Call

The potential winner will be contacted by phone call using the phone number provided with their entry.

THE POTENTIAL WINNER MUST PERSONALLY ANSWER SPONSOR'S PHONE CALL TO CLAIM THE PRIZE.

If the potential winner does not answer the phone call when Sponsor attempts to contact them, Sponsor may immediately declare that potential winner's claim to the prize forfeited and randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not required to leave a voicemail, send a text message or email, make a second phone call, or provide the potential winner with additional time to respond.

Sponsor may, in its discretion, make additional contact attempts or allow additional response time, but is not required to do so.

A potential winner may also be disqualified if the potential winner:

  • Provided an inaccurate, disconnected, or invalid phone number;

  • Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;

  • Refuses the prize;

  • Fails to provide requested eligibility or identity verification; or

  • Otherwise violates these Terms.

Each alternate potential winner will be subject to the same notification and verification requirements.

Sponsor may continue randomly selecting and calling alternate potential winners until an eligible potential winner answers the phone and accepts the prize.

9. Verification of Winner

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of:

  • Identity;

  • Age;

  • United States residency; and

  • Eligibility under these Terms.

Sponsor may require the winner to sign an eligibility declaration, liability/publicity release, tax documents, or other reasonable documentation before receiving the prize.

Failure or refusal to provide required verification or documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

10. Prize Delivery

The $1,000 cash portion of the prize will be delivered using a payment method reasonably selected or approved by Sponsor.

The Mystery Box may be shipped, personally delivered, or otherwise delivered to the winner using a method selected by Sponsor.

If shipment is used, the winner must provide a valid United States shipping address.

The method of prize delivery has no effect on winner selection.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, incorrect addresses, or delivery problems caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

Sponsor may require the winner to provide information or complete documentation required for tax reporting purposes.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, image, voice, social media handle, photographs, video, and other materials relating to the Giveaway for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

13. Conduct and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:

  • Attempted to manipulate or interfere with the entry system;

  • Submitted multiple entries;

  • Used false information;

  • Used bots, scripts, automation, or fraudulent methods;

  • Interfered with the fair administration of the Giveaway;

  • Violated these Terms; or

  • Engaged in conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage.

14. Technical Problems

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or not received because of technical failures, internet outages, Website errors, device problems, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

If the Giveaway cannot operate as intended because of fraud, technical problems, tampering, unauthorized intervention, legal restrictions, or another circumstance materially affecting the integrity or operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, postpone, or terminate the Giveaway as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes to Giveaway

Sponsor reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway, or to substitute a prize or component of a prize with another prize or component of reasonably comparable or greater value, if circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control, legal requirements, availability issues, fraud, technical problems, or other circumstances materially affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway.

Sponsor will not intentionally modify the Giveaway in a manner designed to unfairly disadvantage eligible entrants.

PART II — PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS

16. Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Name;

  • Email address;

  • Phone number;

  • Shipping and billing information;

  • Order and transaction information;

  • Giveaway entries;

  • Communications with us; and

  • Other information you voluntarily provide.

We may also automatically collect certain information concerning your device and use of the Website, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, cookies, and similar information.

17. How We Use Information

We may use information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill orders;

  • Operate and improve the Website;

  • Administer giveaways and promotions;

  • Verify eligibility;

  • Prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries;

  • Contact potential winners;

  • Deliver prizes;

Recipients may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in those communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent Rated R Closet from sending non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to process an order, administer a Giveaway, contact a potential winner, deliver a prize, provide customer service, protect an account, or comply with law.

19. Phone Numbers

Phone numbers submitted as part of a Giveaway entry may be used to:

  • Administer the Giveaway;

  • Verify an entry;

  • Prevent fraud or duplicate entries;

  • Contact a potential winner;

  • Verify eligibility;

  • Coordinate prize delivery; and

  • Otherwise communicate regarding the Giveaway.

Providing a phone number for Giveaway administration does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages where separate affirmative consent is required by applicable law.

20. SMS Marketing

If you separately and affirmatively opt in to receive marketing text messages, Rated R Closet may send recurring promotional text messages to the phone number you provide concerning products, merchandise releases, discounts, promotions, giveaways, and other marketing.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or Giveaway entry.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing text messages using the opt-out instructions provided in those messages, including replying STOP where supported.

21. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, and similar tools to operate the Website, remember preferences, understand Website usage, improve our services, prevent fraud, and support advertising and marketing activities.

22. Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers and contractors that assist with:

  • Website hosting;

  • E-commerce;

  • Payment processing;

  • Shipping and fulfillment;

  • Email and SMS services;

  • Advertising and marketing;

  • Analytics;

  • Fraud prevention;

No internet transmission, Website, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

25. Privacy Choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication.

If you affirmatively opt into marketing text messages, you may subsequently withdraw that consent using the applicable opt-out method.

PART III — WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

26. Website Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where legally appropriate, to use the Website or make purchases.

Individual promotions may contain additional eligibility requirements.

27. Products

We attempt to accurately display and describe our products. Colors, sizing, appearance, packaging, and other characteristics may vary.

We may modify, discontinue, limit, or change products, designs, prices, inventory, and availability.

28. Orders

Rated R Closet may accept, reject, limit, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including because of inventory issues, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or violations of these Terms.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

29. Payment

You agree to provide current and accurate payment and billing information when making a purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their applicable terms and policies.

30. Shipping

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed otherwise.

Rated R Closet is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping circumstances outside our reasonable control.

31. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by Rated R Closet's applicable Return Policy.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing.

32. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, videos, text, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Rated R Closet and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of Rated R Closet intellectual property.

33. Parody & Expressive Content

Certain Rated R Closet products may contain parody, satire, commentary, humor, artistic expression, or references to popular culture.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to third-party names, brands, products, characters, imagery, or cultural subjects do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement by those third parties.

34. User Content

If you voluntarily submit, tag, send, or otherwise provide Rated R Closet with photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, social-media content, or other material for promotional use, you grant Rated R Closet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use that material for lawful business, promotional, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

35. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Website to:

  • Commit fraud or unlawful activity;

  • Interfere with Website security or operation;

  • Manipulate giveaways or promotions;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

  • Submit materially false information;

  • Infringe the rights of others; or

  • Otherwise misuse the Website.

36. Third-Party Services

Our Website may use or link to services operated by third parties.

Rated R Closet does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent practices, availability, content, or policies.

PART IV — GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

37. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rated R Closet and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and agents will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website, participation in the Giveaway, or acceptance, possession, delivery, or use of a prize, except where such liability cannot legally be waived or limited.

38. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rated R Closet and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and agents from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

39. No Third-Party Affiliation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, payment provider, shipping carrier, or other third party referenced in connection with the promotion.

40. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

41. Changes to These Terms

Rated R Closet may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Website and Privacy Terms may become effective when posted or on a later stated effective date, subject to applicable law.

Changes will not retroactively alter rights or obligations where prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to an active Giveaway remain subject to the Giveaway modification provisions contained in these Terms and applicable law.

42. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

43. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement between users and Rated R Closet concerning the Website and Giveaway.

44. Acceptance

By using the Website or entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms.
